We opened on 28 June, 1999 with some simple goals:

• To treat others as we wanted them to treat us;
• To give simple, clear and practical advice to our clients; and
• To provide a better standard of service than most of our competitors.

From the loyal band of supporters that we have attracted since that time, we believe that we have gone a long way towards achieving our goals.

We have not become complacent though. Through a new team of legal staff and supportive administration staff we are constantly monitoring the systems we use and the service we supply.

Our focus from the start has been on building networks of businesses and individuals who support us - people who become our “fans” and who in turn pay us the ultimate compliment of referring us to their families, customers and friends. Through maintaining our focus with regular communication both inside and outside of the office, we believe that we are continually striving to make a difference with the customer service we offer.

Our goal is to make your experience with us a more enjoyable one (a challenge in itself considering the majority of people only come to us when they have a problem), and by doing so to slowly change the general perception of lawyers, or at least ensure that we are not lumped in with the majority of them.
